This set is absolutely incredible. I'm quite disheartened that we didn't see snow like this (Greater Toronto Area) this year. One of the things that makes winter bearable (fun, even) is taking winter photographs.
Thank you! The last four images were actually taken in Toronto towards the end of December, but the snow only lasted a day or so. I definitely miss the east coast winters! The film is Kodak TMax :)
p.s., just looked up your photostream on Flickr - amazing stuff, I hope you don't mind that I added you as a contact!
oh so gorgeous, i'm loving your blog and the films you try! i also shoot a bit with film, but i may try like one roll of film per month or two, as i have a yashica and a holga. i love to buy expired film from ebay and try it out!
So many great shots here!

ReplyDeleteCan I ask what b&w film you used here?

Beautiful photos. The second one looks like The Lakeview. Am I right? :D haha.
ReplyDeleteI love this series. So still and poignant.
Thanks! The first 6 images were actually taken in Nova Scotia (the first 3 are overlooking the ocean) when I was home for Christmas :)
